The flowers that were delivered on Friday 13 were dead in less then 24 hours. I called and let Elena know what happened and she sent two dozen beautiful roses to my wife and apologize dearly to me. As long as my wife and daughter have to live in Cleveland while my daughter gets medical care at Cleveland clinic anytime I need Flowers. I will continue to order from Elena Flowers. Great customer service if you don’t use her you’re missing out. Thank you.
