I ordered flowers online for my friend in the hospital. They were delivered to University Hospital’s front desk, but never made it to my friend’s room. The lady at Elena’s Flowers was so kind and understanding. She sent a second arrangement the next day and my friend said the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Thank you to Elena’s Flowers for lifting my friend’s spirits at a time when she is dealing with the worse news of her life. ---- Florist's Response: I'm so sorry for confusion with delivery, I would always accommodate and replace if the Dasher didn't made it to the room. Some times even so I explain by the door and put special instruction for the hospitals flowers to be delivered to the patient's room, some dashers keep avoiding instructions then I have to invest into redelivery, but it is my responsibility and I'm happy that you war so patient to weight for me to arrange next day redelivery, Thank you so much for the great review!
