I live in NYC and found out a relative died in Cleveland, OH and I couldn’t travel to the funeral. I found Elena’s while doing a google search and went to their website to select a floral display. The website was easy to use and they had a good selection of floral arrangements. I found something really nice within my budget and added instructions needed for the delivery. I got an email message about the delivery being made on time which I appreciated. My sister in Cleveland did attend the wake and funeral and commented about how lovely the flowers were.
